Earlier today me and Morpheus were discussing possibly getting a TeamSpeak server in the stead of Ventrilo due to it's ample more features than Vent has.
It is also hosted by Guillotine's current Ventrilo hoster for the same price.
Watching the demo video on teamspeak.com speaks (heh) for itself.

Maybe there should be a vote within those of us who go on Vent, I don't know.

I hope my suggestion gets considered :)
